I know what it means to follow Christ and obey Him when His direction goes against popular beliefs or other people’s expectations.

Through faith-centered, trauma-informed coaching, I help you understand what has shaped you, renew your mind, strengthen your voice, and reconnect with the truth of who God created you to be.
